UPDATED: 2 More Considering Running For Sannicandro Seat
The general manager for a Portuguese radio station and the director of OUT MetroWest both considering a run as Democrats.
In November, Framingham/Ashland State Rep. Tom Sannicandro announced he would not seek re-election in 2016.
Framingham Patch was the first media outlet to publish the news.
The Seventh Middlesex District house seat includes Ashland and Framingham precincts 8, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18.

Republican and former Ashland Selectman Jon Fetherston was the first to announce his candidacy, followed by Democrat and former Ashland Selectman Phil Jack.
Also considering a run is WSRO 650 AM General Manager Ilma Paixao and Out MetroWest Executive Director Jack P. Lewis. Both have registered campaigns with the state but neither has announced a formal run.

The election is in November. If needed a primary would be held in September.
The deadline to file papers to run is in May.
