4. Goody's Pizza in Old Path Village has closed. Its phone number is no longer in service, and a Framingham Patch reader talked to the owner, who said that business at the 30-year-old pizza shop had been declining. We're always sad to see a local business shut down, particularly one that has been as beloved as Goody's. Yelp reviewers gave it rave reviews.

5. The East Middlesex Mosquito Control Project will be conducting a helicopter application of the biological larvicide, Bti, to control mosquito larvae over wetland areas. The areas that will be sprayed include Angelica Drive, Callahan State Park, Fairbanks Road and Palmer Road. The application will take place between April 17 and April 25. Residents do not need to take any special precautions for this application.
