2. The Framingham Library is hosting a free screening of this year's Academy Award winning film Spotlight (rated R) at the Callahan Center tonight at 7. Doors will be open from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m.

3. Cricket Tell the Weather, a Brooklyn based string band with its roots deep in the bluegrass tradition, embracing folk, old-time, and spirituals as a backdrop for their original songwriting, will take the stage tonight at Amazing Things Arts Center in Framingham at 8.

Tickets are available still. $18, $15 members and $9 for unde rage 12.

4. Two Framingham residents are in the funny TCAN Players’ production of Alan Ayckbourn’s award-winning play, Table Manners, at The Center for Arts in Natick this weekend. Framingham resident Kurt Fusaris portrays Norman and Sue Scannell-Gilbert is Sarah. Table Manners performances are March 11-12 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, March 13 at 2 p.m. Tickets are still available.
