CNN Names Jack's Abby Lager As One To Drink During Super Bowl
One of Jack's Abby's lagers was among 4 Boston beers and 4 Seattle beers named by the national network.
A national news network named a Framingham beer as one to drink when it compiled a list of 4 New England-based beers and 4 Seattle-based beers to have on hand for the Super Bowl, as the Patriots battle the Seahawks in Arizona tonight.
CNN listed a lager by Jack’s Abby Brewing as one of four in New England worth picking up for tonight’s game.
“Jack’s Abby is a unique craft brewer that specializes in lagers. Some craft beer snobs might think lagers are boring, but Jack’s Abby gets pretty inventive with the style. One standout is Mass Rising, a double India pale lager that is hopped-up, crisp and drinkable,” wrote CNN.

Mass Rising was a gold medal winner at the 2013 Great American Beer Festival for the Framingham small brewer.
