Framingham Captain Appointed to Assistant Fire Chief
Michael Dutcher joined the Framingham Fire Department in February of 1998
FRAMINGHAM, MA - Framingham Fire Department Captain Michael Dutcher has been appointed to Assistant Fire Chief. Assistant Chief Dutcher, an Army and National Guard veteran joined the Framingham Fire Department in February of 1998 and continued to rise through the ranks being promoted to Lieutenant in August of 2004 and then Captain in July of 2011, a release said.
