Framingham Coronavirus Test Site Will Offer Vaccines
The Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson versions will be available, which means people as young as 12 can get a shot at the site.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — One of Framingham's main coronavirus testing sites will begin offering free COVID-19 vaccine shots today.
The drive-up Project Beacon site along Maple Street will offer the Johnson & Johnson and Pfizer versions, with the latter available to people as young as 12. The drive-up site is open by appointment only.
Soon, the drive-up test site will be the only government-sponsored testing site in the area. Framingham's second test site at St. Tarcisius, which offers walk-up service, is set to close June 30. That site has also transitioned to distributing take-home tests rather than offering them on-site.
