Framingham gun and drug charges among Middlesex County DA indictments

FRAMINGHAM, MA - The Middlesex County district attorney released their recent indictments - including two Framingham cases which involve drugs and guns.

Miguel Pineda, 35, of Framingham, was charged with possession of a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition, improper storage of a firearm, and being an armed career criminal. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.

Ferdinand Rosario, 61, of Framingham, was charged with distribution of a Class A substance, subsequent offense, and conspiracy to violate the drug laws. The Assistant District Attorney is Terence Kiernan.
