Framingham To Host Electronics Recycling Event

Any electronic item is welcome as along as it has either a cord or power button.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — If you have an old TV or printer collecting dust in your house, you'll have a chance to get rid of it soon. Framingham's public works department will host an electronics recycling event in June that will accept almost every type of device.

The City of Framingham’s Department of Public Works will host Electronics Recycling Day, Wednesday, June 16, at the Recycling Drop-Off Center, 255 Mount Wayte Ave., noon to 8 p.m.

Residents can bring any type of electronic device to dispose of as long as it has a power cord or
power button.

This event is open to all Framingham residents with a Recycling Center permit. In place of a
permit, residents may donate non-perishable food items or gently used clothing.
