FRAMINGHAM, MA - The state of housing in Framingham will be discussed June 22 at Town Hall.
The panel features the following speakers: Cory Fellows, vice president of real estate development at non-profit developer preservation of affordable housing (POAH), focuses on acquisition and redevelopment of affordable multifamily properties; Dave Harrison, director of the energy and financial assistance division at South Middlesex Opportunity Council (SMOC), oversees the agency’s home modification loans, state and federal rental subsidy assistance, fuel assistance, and energy conservation programs; Megan Tolland, realtor with 20 years of experience in the greater Metrowest area, handles representation for both residential and investment properties and uses her appraisal experience to sell hundreds of homes.
