Framingham Planner is New Administrator on Martha's Vineyard

Framingham is losing its Planning Board director to Martha's Vineyard.

John "Jay" W. Grande was offered the town administrator's job in Tisbury on Tuesday night, the Martha's Vineyard Times reported.

One Tisbury selectman said Grande has "a proven ability as a planner who has the skill set to bring ideas to completion," according to The Times' report.

Grande has led Framingham's Planning Board Department for 16 years.
