Framingham Restaurant Launches New Taco Food Truck

FRAMINGHAM, MA — One of Framingham's most popular comfort food restaurants has opened a new location — on wheels.

Bourbon's Kitchen & Cocktails this week opened a new food truck. The restaurant asked fans on social media to weigh in on what type of food the truck should specialize in — and tacos won over chicken sandwiches.

To start, the truck is offering five different taco types, from veggie to pork belly, plus empanadas and guacamole.

The truck, named Baby Bourbon's, will be parked in the lot outside the restaurant at 47 Beacon St. and open Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. The restaurant is also open for dining during lunch and dinner hours Tuesday through Saturday.
