The $300 fines were issued to Framingham Public School employees on April 14, Framingham Source reports.
FRAMINGHAM, MA — Two Framingham Public School employees received $300 fines from Framingham Public Health on April 14 for violating coronavirus mask requirements during a hockey game, according to a report from Framingham Source.
The publication reports the fines were issued to Paul Spear, Framingham High School’s athletic director, and Will Ortiz, the school’s boys ice hockey coach, after a photo showed several FHS hockey team members posing close to one another without face coverings.
Before April 14, the City of Framingham had not issued a coronavirus violation fine since Jan. 15, the publication reports.
