FRAMINGHAM MA - Daylight Saving begins this coming weekend starting officially at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 13.

While you may have to manually turn your wall clocks and alarm clocks ahead one hour, most of your electronic devices make the change for you automatically while you're sleeping.

Daylight Saving Time is the practice of setting the clocks forward one hour from Standard Time during the summer months, and back again in the fall, in order to make better use of natural daylight.

With the change it won't be too long before we start seeing 7 p.m. sunsets. In fact, the sun will set at 6:49 p.m. on Sunday, March 13.
