Framingham Women Offered R.A.D. Self-Defense Classes
The class teaches basic self-defense and situational awareness for women of all fitness levels.

The Framingham Police Department will host Rape Aggression Defense courses for women over the next few months.
The class teaches basic self-defense and situational awareness for women of all fitness levels.
The upcoming schedule of classes runs from 6-8 p.m., and will be held at the Cameron School Gym, 215 Elm Street.
