Happy Mother’s Day To Donna Sahely

In celebration of Mother's Day on Sunday May 13, we asked Patch readers to write a letter to their mother and let us deliver it. This is Alyssa Sahely's letter to her mom:

Hi. My name is Alyssa Sahely. I am from Framingham, Massachusetts. I am 9 years old, and I love my mom. She helps me so much, from helping me with my math to cooking dinner for me. She makes me smile and laugh so hard. Every day is so much fun with her. When I'm sad, she cheers me up. She is super special, and I love her so much.

The things she does for me are:

1. Make me laugh
2. Cooks for me
3. Tends to me
4. Helps me with things like my homework and cutting my food
5. Kisses me goodnight
6. Drives me to important things like school events
7. Helps me learn new things
8. Makes me happy
9. Makes me feel special
10. Always giving me good advice
11. Makes me a good person
12. Creates special things for me

My mom is an awesome, smart, kind, helpful, always smiling, great mom. Mother’s Day is to celebrate your mom, so go celebrate with your mom and spend as much time being with her and making memories with her.

My mom makes every day special for me. I just want to tell her I love her to the moon and back and tell her how great she is. Thank you for doing everything for me. Happy Mother’s to my mom, Donna Sahely.
