UPDATED: High School Teens Needed To Participate in College App Focus Group

The purpose of the focus group is for the students to provide feedback and input on the College Interactive mobile App.

College Interactive, a company based in Needham, is seeking high school students in grades 9-12 to participate in a focus group during February School vacation week.

The purpose of the focus group is for the students to provide feedback and input on the College Interactive mobile App. The student’s input will help the company shape the next version of the app.

A team of students from Curry College will be leading the discussion along with their Professor. The session will be recorded for educational purposes and used in the Curry classroom. In addition, 2 staff members from College Interactive will be in attendance to observe.

The College Interactive Focus Group is Wednesday, Feb. 17 at Needham Public library from 11:15 a.m. to 1 p.m.

In order for this to be most effective we are asking the high school students to download for free the College Interactive Mobile app to an iPhone or iPad.

Once students download the app they should:

1) Complete the simple app registration process

2) Create a student profile

3) Use the app daily

4) View Messages they receive through the app

5) Use the search tools to find colleges that are a good match

A pizza lunch will be provided and and a thank you gift for participating.
