How Much Snow Did Storm Mars Give Framingham?
Monday, Feb. 8 there was no school in Framingham and Town offices were closed.

The National Weather Service uses trained spotters and relies on ham radio operators and the media to record snowfall totals.
According to the Service, Framingham received the most snow in Middlesex County Monday from Storm Mars at 6.3 inches.
The amount was recorded at about 6:30 p.m. by a ham radio operator.

Natick, with a trained spotter, said it had 4 inches. Sudbury, with a radio operator, said it received 5 inches of snow.
Parts of Massachusetts had blizzard conditions during the storm, including the Cape, the islands, and the south coast.

Oak Bluffs at 9:05 p.m. had recorded the most snow in Massachusetts with 9.8 inches
West Falmouth, Brewster, and East Falmouth all recorded 9 inches of snow on Monday, Feb. 8.
Plymouth recorded 8 inches of snow.
