IMAGE GALLERY: Shop artPOP5 Holiday Bazaar For Unique Gifts

The Framingham Downtown Renaissance is sponsoring the pop-up store, featuring local products and fair trade global imports until Dec. 24.

Featuring music from Always in Season, the Framingham Downtown Renaissance organization kicked off its artPOP5 Holiday Bazaar Friday night, during the 4th Annual Winter Wonderland.

The pop-up store, at 20 Union Avenue in downtown Framingham, features local products plus fair global imports from Mango Tree Artisans in Sudbury.

The store features hand-crafted pottery, specialty table top Christmas trees, homemade gluten-free fudge, jewelry, scarves, linens, ornaments, art - both large scale for the wall and cards, spa and beauty products and more.

New items will be added weekly, said Framingham Downtown Renaissance Executive Director Holli Andrews.

artPOP5 Holiday Bazaar will be open through Dec. 24, weekdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and weekends from noon to 5 p.m.

While downtown, tour the storefronts around-the-world, and vote for your favorite holiday window displays through Dec. 20. Winners of the window contest will be announced on Saturday, Dec. 21.

Pick up a ballot at any participating business along Concord, Union, Irving, and Hollis streets and submit your votes at the artPOP5 at 20 Union Ave.

Always in Season, which performed Friday night, is a 5-piece acoustic band, drawing from bluegrass, folk, blues, and Celtic roots. Members include mandolin (Mark Zudeck). banjo (Rich Delvecchio), guitar (Simone Poliandri), upright bass (Gwendolyn Holbrow), and harp (Lois Francello).

Also entertaining visitors Friday night was JoJo Garcia, a balloon artist and magician.
