Impact Framingham Announces 2016 Grant Cycle
Impact Framingham is entering its 5th year of grant making, said President Doug Freeman.

FRAMINGHAM, MA - Impact Framingham announces that it is accepting applications for its 2016 grant cycle.
Impact Framingham encourages applicants to ask the question, “What IF? What if you had the money to impact your community? What would you do with it? How could you Impact Framingham?”
Impact Framingham has distributed more than $100,000 to community projects which enhance the civic, educational, recreational, cultural and/or benevolent interests of Framingham and its people during its four years of operation. The foundation anticipates awarding approximately $25,000 through the current grant cycle.
“Impact Framingham is pleased to enter its fifth year of grant making. We are excited to continue our mission to support organizations that make a difference in Framingham and we look forward to considering new and creative proposals this grant cycle that will have a positive impact on the quality of life in Framingham. We fully expect to be inspired by a new round of compelling and impactful applications this year,” said Impact Framingham President
Doug Freeman.
Last year’s recipients included Daniel’s Table, Knox Trail Council, the Learning Center for the Deaf, and Amazing Things Art Center. 2015 awards ranged from $500 to $3,000, with the average award being $1300.
Applications should be submitted electronically to Impact Framingham on or before February 12, 2016.
Grant applications will be accepted from all entities that directly benefit Framingham and its residents.
Applicants do not need to be a 501(c)(3) to apply, however, organizations do need to demonstrate evidence of a charitable purpose in order to be considered.
