I read the article about Salem End Road and could not agree more with what a terrible and dangerous intersection that is and something should be done before something awful happens. I also wanted to mention Singletary Lane, which is also a cut through for people to get to Ashland and other towns.
People drive down this road WAY past the speed limit and considering what a narrow road it is, it is only a matter of time before something awful happens here, too.

I have driven down this road for more than 20 years and I can’t tell you how many near misses I have witnessed. I don’t know if speed bumps are the answer but I do know that something needs to be done. Maybe if there was more signage like dangerous curve ahead, etc., people would slow down.
