Mass Pike Exits In Framingham Closing For Repairs

The closures of the east and westbound exits to Route 9 will happen twice the week of Feb. 8.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Construction work is coming back to the Mass Pike in Framingham.

MassDOT will close the on and off-ramps at exit 111 to Route 9 beginning on Monday night. The closures, which impact both west and eastbound sides, will end by Tuesday at 4 a.m., according to MassDOT.

A second closure will last from 8 p.m. on Feb. 12 to 4 a.m. on Feb. 13. Crews will be making bridge repairs during the closures, MassDOT said.

Drivers can detour around the closure either by getting off at the I-495 interchange and taking that highway north to the Route 9 exit or by getting off at exit 117 and taking Cochituate Road/Route 30 east to Route 9.
