Nardizzi Signs With North Carolina State University

The Framingham High graduate, and New England Revolution Academy member, signed a national letter of intent today.

Bryant Nardizzi, 18, signed a national letter of intent today, Feb. 3, with North Carolina State University.

The Framingham High 2015 graduate has been playing for the New England Revolution U18 Academy team the past two seasons.

National Signing Day, usually the first Wednesday of February, is the first day that a student can sign a binding National Letter of Intent with a school that is a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

Nardizzi, who started playing soccer at age 3, played varsity soccer at Framingham High as a freshman. He was captain his junior year.

Nardizzi, a forward, was the second leading scorer with the Revolution Academy’s U18 team with 6 goals last season.

Before joining the Revolution Academy, Nardizzi played with the FC Stars, where he was a State Cup runner-up. He was a State Cup Champion and Region 1 Premier League winner with NEFC as an U16 player.

Nardizzi played for the Massachusetts Olympic Development Program and was selected for its regional team twice.

He was invited to one U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Jan. 2013.

Nardizzi, who has been taking courses at MassBay Community College, is considering majoring in sports management.

The North Carolina State Wolfpack were 8-6-3 overall last season.

Bryant’s parents are Paul and Elena Nardizzi.
