FRAMINGHAM, MA — Framingham's drive-up coronavirus testing site will be closed on Tuesday due to high winds.

The Franklin Street site would've been open until 7 p.m. Anyone who had a test scheduled for Tuesday will either get a re-booked appointment at a later date, or can try the city's new walk-up testing site at St. Tarcisius, 562 Waverly St.

Winds were gusting upward of 50 mph in the region on Tuesday, and wind chills were dropping into the single digits. The weather will make a big turnaround by Wednesday, with temperatures getting into the mid 40s, according to the National Weather Service.
