
FRAMINGHAM, MA - Have you been to Pho Dakao? The Phantom loved what he called a "big bowl of awesome" at the Framingham Vietnamese noodle joint.
Phantom Gourmet recently had restaurant owner Dang Pham on the show. Pham told the Phantom that pho makes up only about 10 percent of the menu takes credit for about 60 percent of sales.
Pham revealed some of the restaurant's secrets; he said the made-from-scratch beef broth is simmered for over 12 hours and topped with rare steak, fresh scallions, chopped cilantro and white onion.

"You can already get the smell just permeating. This is the greatest smelling kitchen of all time," show host Dan Andelman said in the video.
The restaurant's chef is Hiep Pham, who also owns and operates their original restaurant in Worcester, according to the Phantom.
