FRAMINGHAM, MA - Framingham Town Staff will host a brown bag lunch on Wednesday, May 18 at noon at the Christa McAuliffe Library and an open house Thursday, May 19 at 5 p.m. in the Ablondi Room of the Memorial Building
The events are an effort to provide information about prospective zoning amendments to the Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) By-Law and associated Zoning Map amendments to the town of Framingham.
"TDR is a zoning tool that allows for the preservation of agricultural and open space lands (Giving Parcel), while allowing for increased density on a designated commercial/office/manufacturing parcel of land (Receiving Parcel)." the town wrote in the announcement.
