Snow in Framingham: What You Need To Know

We have all the details on what you need to know to weather this weekend's storm.

FRAMINGHAM, MA- Weather forecasters say Massachusetts could get as much as one to two feet of snow this weekend. Here's what you need to know to before the storm hits Framingham. We'll update this story with cancellations as we hear of them, but, in the meantime, keep the following in mind:

The city instituted a Winter Parking Ban starting at 8:00 p.m. Saturday Jan. 19th, until 7:00 a.m. Monday, Jan. 21. Any vehicle parked on the roadway obstructing snow removal will be towed. Due to the weather predictions, the City Recycling center will be closed on Sunday as well.

The quickest way to know when the city declares a snow emergency is to sign up for Notify Me and chose Alert center and Emergency notifications. This is Framingham's reverse emergency notification system.
