Snowfall in Framingham? Must-Know Parking Info

Here's what you need to know about winter parking in Framingham.

FRAMINGHAM, MA — Snow is predicted for Framingham overnight Sunday into Monday, and depending how much accumulates, that means snow plows can't be far behind.

Drivers, here's what you need to know for when the white stuff starts coming down:

1. If the town declares a snow emergency, it means is prohibited on all arterial roads (list) in town. These roads are posted with red and white signs.

2. Declared emergency or not, the town still recommends that drivers find off-street parking during snow plowing operations, as any vehicle obstructing or interfering with plowing operations is subject to ticketing and towing regardless of existing parking regulations for that particular street.

3. And remember, odd/even parking restrictions remain in effect on all arterial and non-arterial roads in town, including the resident parking zone and three hour parking zones.
