UPDATED: Southborough Teen Arrested Following Head-On Edgell Road Crash

Four individuals were injured in the two-car head-on crash on Edgell Road Sunday afternoon.

A Southborough teen was arrested Sunday, after a two-car head-on crash on Edgell Road, just north of Central Street.

The crash was reported after 3 p.m. on Jan. 24.

The driver of the vehicle that crossed the median, and struck the other vehicle was Gabriel Sheehan, 19, of Southborough,said Framingham Police Lt. Stephen Cronin. He was arrested.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with no license, using a vehicle without authorization, speeding, failure to stay within marked lanes, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle, said Lt. Cronin.

Sheehan, had several other teens in the car with him, when it crashed head-on with a vehicle driven by a Framingham man, in his 40s, with three members of his family in that vehicle.

All four occupants of the vehicle driven by the Framingham man were transported to MetroWest Medical Center with injuries. Lt. Cronin said the most serious injury was a fractured hand.
