Swim lessons for children ages 6months to 5 years. Help your child learn the importance of swimming by enrolling them in one of our swim lesson classes.
The Y’s goal is not only to develop strong swimming skills, but for participants to learn the valuable safety and rescue skills that will enable them to enjoy water activities for the rest of their lives. The MetroWest YMCA’s Framingham branch pool is staffed by certified lifeguards and classes are taught by trained swim instructors. The MetroWest YMCAs pool is a heated indoor pool which is 25 yards long and has shallow (3’) and deep (9) ends.
