The Dunkin’ Donuts, one of the last businesses operating in the plaza, is expected to move into its new building sometime in February. The Dunkin’ Donuts will open in a newly-remodeled building, where the former 400 Restaurant once operated. The 400 closed in 2013.

Extravaganza Brazilian American Pizza & Bar also closed in 2014. The restaurant did not request a license to operate in 2015 from the Town of Framingham. The Beacon Street establishment opened in April 2013.
