A Natick teen was taken to the hospital after his pick-up truck rolled over and struck a tree on Scott Drive in Framingham on Friday morning, March 11.
The crash happened just after 10:30 a.m.
The driver of the pick-up truck, a Natick teen, 19, was transported to MetroWest Medical Center, according to emergency responders.
