UPDATED: Framingham Boxer Ramos Gets KO in First Round

Framingham boxer Timmy Ramos won his third professional fight Friday night at Twin Rivers Casino in Rhode Island.

Ramos, a featherweight, defeated Texas boxer Tanner Dodd, in the first round.

Ramos is now 3-0-1, with 3KOs, including last night.

The referee stopped the scheduled four round fight 2 minutes and 28 seconds into the first round, after Ramos knocked Dodd to to the mat with an uppercut to the body.

This was the Texas fighter’s professional debut.

Ramos is coached by AJ Thomas.
