MASSACHUSETTS — It's Wednesday, May 26. Here's what you should know this afternoon:
- A 28-year-old woman was found dead inside her Framingham apartment Tuesday morning, and the Middlesex District Attorney's Office says she was the victim of a homicide.
- Commercial travel is returning to Worcester Airport via JetBlue.
- The late Arlen Specter's son and a longtime aide say Donald Trump offered campaign cash in 2008 to stop his probe into the Patriots' spygate scandal.

The Middlesex County District Attorney's Office has identified the Framingham woman who died in an apparent homicide this week.

Jasmyn Beatty, 28, was found inside her home at the Halstead Apartments Tuesday morning by an acquaintance, according to the DA's office. Beatty had suffered trauma before her death, according to authorities.
Beatty previously lived in Cranston, RI, and worked as a financial planning specialist at the Staples corporate office in Framingham, according to her social media profiles.

Boo on to-go booze: In a voice vote, the state Senate rejected two budget amendments that would have extended for two years after the current, coronavirus pandemic state of emergency is lifted in Massachusetts on June 15. Both amendments were sponsored by Sen. Diana DiZoglio, a Methuen Democrat.
Eagle will land soon: JetBlue is bringing its budget flights back to Worcester Airport. JetBlue along with American Airlines and Delta suspended flights out of Worcester during the pandemic. Starting in August, travelers will get nonstop flights to New York City followed by Florida in October.
Wrong way on I-495: A Worcester man was arrested over the weekend after he was caught driving the wrong way on I-495 in Middleborough. Police also found him with a gun and a cache of drugs.
Bowling and shots: A bowling alley in Milford will host a coronavirus vaccine clinic beginning at 4 p.m. Wednesday. The PiNZ bowling alley will offer discounts on bowling and food to anyone who gets a shot.

Storm Warning
A line of severe weather will sweep across Massachusetts from the northwest beginning around 4 p.m., according to forecasts. The storms will lose steam as they get closer to I-495.
Looking ahead, the hot, summer-like weather we had today will not stay with us for the unofficial start of summer this weekend. High temperatures will only get as high as 65 over the three-day holiday weekend, and there's a chance of rain on each day, including Monday.
