2 New Restaurants Announced At Malden's Exchange 200

MALDEN, MA — An upcoming mixed-use development in Malden is getting two new restaurants. Evviva Trattoria and 110 Grill announced Tuesday they plan to open at Exchange 200 in mid-2021, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.

Evviva Trattoria is a local chain Italian eateries, while 110 Grill focuses on upscale American fare, the site reported. The restaurant groups share ownership.

Exchange 200 will mix office, flex, R&D, lab and technology space with ground-floor retail/restaurant space. The development is located at 200 Exchange St. in Malden Center.
