2 New Restaurants Open At Malden's Exchange 200 Wednesday

MALDEN, MA — Local restaurant chains 110 Grill and Evviva Trattoria will both open at Exchange 200 in Malden Center Wednesday. It will be the 35th location of 110 Grill and fifth of Evviva Trattoria, both Westford-based restaurant brands.

110 Grill features modern American cuisine in a "contemporary yet inviting atmosphere," which includes a dining room with a view of the open kitchen, a large horseshoe-shaped bar, private dining room and outdoor patio with two fire pits.

"The menu in Malden will be similar to other locations and will feature our twist on modern American cuisine," Ryan Dion, chief operating officer of 110 Grill, said. "100 percent of our core menu is either naturally gluten-free or can be modified to be, and we have a very strong commitment to allergy awareness, including a recent award from AllergyEats as the second most allergy-friendly restaurant brand in the United States."

The menu offers items such as chimichurri steak, cucumber and avocado tuna, pulled pork mac and cheese, and appetizers like crab rangoon dip, firecracker shrimp, chorizo totchos and BBQ chicken nachos.

Evviva Trattoria focuses on Italian-inspired locally made cuisine served in a "comfortable and relaxed atmosphere." The new location includes an open kitchen and bar, a spacious dining room with booths and high-top tables, a private dining room and an outdoor patio with a fire pit.

"We are looking forward to bringing the Evviva brand with its allergy-friendly scratch kitchen to the Malden area," Marcie Day, chief operating officer of Evviva Trattoria, said. "Guests will enjoy our comfortable, family-style atmosphere, friendly service and incredible food, as well as our great loyalty program."

The menu includes starters like fried ravioli, sausage arancini filled with local Bianco & Sons sausage and an Evviva Antipasti with a selection of Italian cured meats and artisan cheeses; classics such as parmigiana with housemade Evviva marinara, marsala with Fat Moon Farm mushrooms, piccata and lasagna; and 12 signature or build your own pizzas.

The restaurants will be located on the first floor of Exchange 200. They will open Wednesday, June 16 at 11:30 p.m. and offer lunch and dinner daily.
