9-Story Office Development Proposed In Malden

MALDEN, MA — A proposed office development on Dartmouth Street has seen some major changes based on feedback from community leaders. Property owner Quaker Lane Capital said it has added parking and decreased the height of the building, resulting in a proposed nine-story office building with 160 automated parking spaces below ground.

Quaker Lane says it is targeting tenants that are smaller companies focused in the innovation and incubation economies, as opposed to the more traditional office uses in the central business district.

The building would be located at 11-17 Dartmouth Street. A virtual community meeting about the proposal will be held Thursday, Oct. 1 at 5:30 p.m.
