Conspiracy, Forgery, And Unlawful Ammunition In These 8 Recent Arrests In Malden

The following information comes from the Malden Police Department. An arrest does not necessarily lead to a conviction.

Tuesday, June 2

Jasard Harmond, of 40 Grant St., Somerville, was arrested at 10:21 a.m. at Malden City Hall at 200 Pleasant St. on charges of disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

Lawrence Mazza of 19 Mountain View Dr., Stoneham, was arrested at 11:19 a.m. at the intersection of Exchange Street and Middlesex Street on charges of driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of property damage.

Tanya Stephens of 39 Highland Ave., Everett, was arrested at 1:16 p.m. at the 99 Charles St. Stop and Shop for conspiracy and failure to appear.

Victor Oliveira, of the same address, was arrested at the same time and location as Stephens, charged with forging/misusing an RMV document, identity fraud, and conspiracy.

Carlos Desouza, of 61 Sterling St., Malden, was arrested at 4:43 p.m. at 17 Bowdoin St., under charges of unlawful possession of ammunition and failure to appear.

Friday, June 5

Kevin Slama, of 137 Green St., Malden, was arrested at 6:52 p.m. at the 99 Charles St. Stop and Shop, charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Sunday, June 7

Driss Guerina, of 620 Highland Ave., Malden was arrested at 1:05 p.m. at the intersection of Pearl Street and Pleasant St., charged with a peddling violation and a miscellaneous municipal ordinance violation.

Tenzin Tseten of 9A Edward Pl., Meford, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. at 1107 Salem St., having been deemed an incapacitated person and taken into protective custody.
