Customer Of Malden Restaurant Tests Positive For Coronavirus
The city is encouraging people who visited the restaurant Oct. 13 to get tested.
MALDEN, MA — The Malden Health Department notified residents Monday of a positive coronavirus case at a local restaurant. At least one person who visited the 621 Tavern on Broadway Oct. 13 has tested positive for COVID-19, the Health Department said.
The person was at the restaurant between 3 p.m. and closing.
Customers who were at the 621 Tavern during that time on Oct. 13 are encouraged to get a COVID-19 test, the Health Department said.

Free testing sites are available at www.mass.gov. You can also schedule a COVID-19 test at the three CVS locations in Malden: Ferry St, Eastern Ave and Broadway, as well as at AFC Urgent Care - Centre Street.
