Foundation Donates $30,000 to City's Youth Employment Program

The program, expanded last year, provides part-time summer jobs to hundreds of Malden youth.

The Adelaide Breed Bayrd Foundation has supported a wide range of programs in Malden and surrounding communities over the past 85 years, and last week made another donation in Malden's future.

On behalf of the foundation, Attorney C. Henry Kezer, Chairman of the Board, presented a $30,000 check for the benefit of Mayor Gary Christenson's youth summer employment program

“I cannot thank Attorney Kezer and the Adelaide Breed Bayrd Foundation enough for their support of Malden’s youth,” wrote in a statement.
