Future Of Malden Restaurant Unclear After Closure
It is unknown whether the decades-old restaurant will reopen.
MALDEN, MA — The future of a longtime restaurant on Highland Avenue is unknown after it shut down. Papa's Bar & Grille has closed due in part to health issues of someone involved with the restaurant, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.
Renovations will be happening at the spot, and it's unclear whether Papa's will reopen in the future, the site reported. The restaurant has been open since 1994 and serves steak and turkey tips, clam chowder, meatball subs, chicken parmesan and other Italian and American staples.
Papa's Bar & Grille is located at 208 Highland Ave.
