It was a beautiful day for a graduation - even with the occasional interruption from the nearby Orange Line. 

Malden High School seniors celebrated their academic achievements, friendships and diversity during the 2013 class graduation Sunday afternoon at MacDonald Stadium. 

Student speakers included Class President Sharon Lee, Orator Natalie Melo, Salutatorian Liting Feng and Valedictorian Livia Chan.

Malden High seniors aren't the only ones celebrating milestones this year: Malden Catholic seniors celebrated their graduation in May, and Mystic Valley Regional Charter School seniors will cross the stage at 7:00 pm Friday, June 14 at the 576 Eastern Ave. campus.
