Here is a sampling of five things to know for Wednesday, Aug. 21 in Malden:
1. New editor: Malden Patch's new editor is Mark Ouellette...err, me. I have worked for Patch for nearly three years and in that time I have served as the local editor for the Stoneham, Melrose and Winchester websites. I will also be serving as the local editor for Melrose Patch. I look forward to getting to know Maldonians in the coming weeks.Â
2. Local sessions: Here's a look at the boards meeting on Wednesday in Malden, according to the city website:
