Hoff's Bakery Preparing to Open In Malden
The new business will offer tasty treats and numerous new jobs to Malden.
Malden fans of high-end baked goods, and for that matter, Malden fans of working for companies that provide high-end baked goods, appear to be in luck.
According to an announcement from the City of Malden, Hoff’s Bakery is on its way to a new location at 35 Green Street, which formerly housed Asahi America. The formerly Medford-based establishment is expected to bring 100 new jobs into Malden upon its opening in 2016.
“I have truly enjoyed working with Hoff’s Bakery over the past few months on this project, and am excited that they will be adding jobs for Malden residents,” Ward 1 Councillor Peg Crowe said in the statement.

“Hoff’s, a family owned and operated company, is very committed to being an active participant in the community and we welcome them to the neighborhood.”
