Neil Franjul, of 12 Quarry Lane, Malden, was arrested July 18 at 6:53 p.m. on Lisbon and Willow streets and charged with receiving a stolen car, drinking alcohol from an open container in a car, receiving stolen property worth less than $250 and attaching wrong motor vehicle plates.

Gerardo Portillo, of 36 Highland Ave., Everett, was arrested July 18 at 6:53 p.m. on Lisbon and Willow streets and charged with receiving a stolen car and drinking alcohol from an open container in a car.

Joel Rodriguez Singletary, of 3000 Stone Place, Melrose, was arrested July 18 at 6:53 p.m. on Lisbon and Willow streets and charged with receiving a stolen car and drinking alcohol from an open container in a car.

Erik Oxley, of 10 Ernest St., Saugus, was arrested July 19 at 9:49 a.m.

Alex Pierce, of 17 Stephen St., Lynn, was arrested July 21 at 6:06 p.m. and charged with distribution of a class A drug, possession with intent to distribute of a class A drug and drug violation within within 100 feet of a park or playground.

John Elwell, of 61 School St., Everett, was arrested July 21 at 7:44 p.m. on a warrant charge.

Christopher Macinnes, of 64 Gibson St., Medford, was arrested July 22 at 10:46 a.m. at 99 Charles St. and charged with shoplifting and assault and battery.

Dennis Reid, of 26 Governor Winthrop Rd., Somerville, was arrested July 22 at 11:30 a.m. at Kappy’s Liquors and charged with shoplifting.
