Malden High Band Places Second In Championship Show
"Thinking Outside the Box," had everyone playing drums at the end.

The Malden High School Marching Band came in second in its division at the New England Scholastic Band Association championship in Lawrence on Sunday.
Wakefield High placed first with its tribute to the rock band Aerosmith which earned a score of 95.60.
Malden scored 93.30 with its medley of songs from current artists, including Dr. Dre, Kanye West, Christine Perry and P!nk. The performance, called "Thinking Outside the Box," had band members carrying boxes made out of PVC piping and ended with all members banging drum sticks ontop of the boxes.
