Malden Man Accused of Assaulting a Senior Citizen

Here are arrests made by Malden Police between Jan. 6-9:

At 2:29 a.m. Jan. 9, Malden Police responded to West Street for a report of a disturbance. Michael Dimaro, of 216 West St., Malden, was arrested and charged with witness intimidation, assault and battery and assault and battery on a person over 60/disabled with injury.

Jan. 9

12:51 p.m.: Police made a motor vehicle stop on Fellsway East. Pompesky Aspil, of 100 Perkins Ave., Brockton, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license. 

3:43 p.m.: Daniel Abramo, of 165 Tremont St., Malden, was arrested on a warrant near Morrison's Cafe on Lynn Street.

5:21 p.m.: Police were called to the area of CVS on Pleasant Street for a report of a disturbance. Kenneth Daley, of 31 Sprague, Malden, was arrested.

No arrests listed.

Jan. 7

12:36 a.m.: Police responded to Ferry Street for a report of a domestic assault and battery. Michael Huguley, of 380 Ferry St., Malden, was arrested and charged with assault.

3:09 p.m.: Police were called to the Stop & Shop Supermarket on Charles Street on a report of shoplifting. Paul Pagglicia, of 7 Elm Road, Everett, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250.
