Malden Man Accused of Child Rape in Lynn
A Malden man accused of child rape was arraigned Tuesday in a Lynn Court.

A Malden man accused of child rape was arraigned Tuesday in a Lynn Court, according to a report on the The Daily Item website.
An attorney representing John Martori, an electrician from Malden, entered a plea of not guilty on behalf of his client, according to the report. A judge ordered him held on $10,000 cash bail, the report added.
Martori was recently arrested on a warrant charging him with rape of a child by force.
The Daily Item reported that "a 15-year-old girl and her mother told police recently that Martori had raped the girl early in the summer, according to a report by Lynn Police Officer Christine Petruzziello." Martori allegedly raped his then girlfriend's daughter while they were still dating, according to the report.
"The defendant told her as he was raping her in the bedroom, 'this feels right,'" Essex Assistant District Attorney Shailagh Kennedy said in Lynn District Court Tuesday, reported the newspaper.
