Nicole Taylor, 39, of Billerica was charged with five counts of conspiracy to commit burglary and receiving stolen property, all felonies.

According to Lt. Timothy O’Malley, the commander of the criminal investigations unit, at around 11 a.m., officers were called to a burglary in progress on Allison Street. The caller reported seeing a red car with Mass. plates outside a neighbor’s home.

“The caller also reported seeing a white male run from behind the house and that the neighbor was not home at the time,” O’Malley said.

The suspects fled the area before police arrived, with officers reporting that they found a door that was forced open at the home.

About an hour later, the county attorney’s office reported seeing the vehicle and called police. Officers were able to stop the vehicle with Cappella, Seeley, and Taylor, allegedly inside.

“Officers observed several bags, boxes, jewelry, and computers within plain view inside the car,” O’Malley said.

While being detained, other burglaries were reported on Pillsbury and Norwich streets, and Broadway, with “similar modus operandi” to the Allison Street, O’Malley alleged.

Investigators and officers were able to establish probably cause to arrest all three, he noted.

“Through interviews with witnesses, it is believed that the suspects would approach target homes in order to assess whether or not there were people home,” O’Malley stated. “If the suspects made contact with a homeowner or occupant, they would tell them that they were landscapers looking for work.”

O’Malley alleged that the suspects may have made contact with a couple of residents during the day. He is asking anyone who may have been in contact with the three to call police immediately.

All three were arraigned in Sixth Circuit District Division Court this morning.

According to published reports, two of the three have previous arrest records.

The Daily Item reported two weeks ago that Seeley and Taylor were arrested after allegedly breaking into homes on April 30, in Lynn, Mass. The two pled not guilty to the charges and were released on cash bail.

In May 2011, Taylor was arrested on a warrant in Woburn, according to Patch. She was reportedly listed on the “most-wanted list for the state in connection with credit card thefts in February 2008.
