MALDEN, MA — Malden recently held a ribbon cutting ceremony welcoming Ebisuya Noodle House to Summer Street. The restaurant specializes in ramen and is an offshoot of the Ebisuya Japanese Market in Medford.

According to Eater, Ebisuya began serving dinner in late August. The restaurant serves the same handmade fresh noodles that are popular at the Medford market, according to Malden Mayor Gary Christenson's office.

Ebisuya is located at 64 Summer St. in the former Cafe De Lulu’s space.
