Nearly 200 Lose Power In Malden; Road Closed

MALDEN, MA — Repair crews are at the scene of a downed pole on Eastern Avenue, police said.

The road is closed to vehicles and pedestrians from the Broadway intersection to the Lynn line, police said. Nearly 200 people are without power in Malden, according to MEMA.

Drivers are asked to seek alternate routes.
